Lucas Grogan's work spans multiple disciplines including quilts, murals and painting. Grogan exhibits throughout Australia and internationally and has been collected by National Gallery of Australia, Wesfarmers and Deutsche Bank.
Grogan's sense of humour has permeated his bold, fastidiously patterned, highly graphic, pun-filled signature blue artworks that reflect his personal experiences in a range of media including painting, embroidery, quilts, sculpture, animation and installation projects.
Well represented by leading galleries in most states, including Martin Browne Contemporary in Sydney and Hugo Michell Gallery in Adelaide, Lucas is an independent artist who has also collaborated on commissions with leading creatives to produce a range of limited edition artworks.
